Good Morning….. I did 30 min on the treadmill. Warm up 3.0 then stay at between 3.5 and 3.7 most of the time a few minutes of 3.3 and warm down of 2 mins at 3.0 again.
Then I made a Chocolate, strawberry, banana Green Monster Smoothie…. I replaced the almond milk with Silk Light Chocolate milk. Add about 5 strawberries…. Yummy

Good Morning I am up and all exercised LOL I did 40 min on the treadmill. Warm started at 3.0 and went up to 4.0 Once again the 4.0 was only for 1 min. I stay at 3.7 and 3.8 a lot and when I got tired 3.5 I went back to 3.0 for my warm down. BTW the green monster smoothie with cantaloupe was delicious. I cant believe I have eaten 10 cups of spinach since sat LOL. I have gotten my mother in law hooked on them too. I am also doing a breathing technique during my warm up and incantations during my walk. I explain more on those later……. Have a great day all!

Good Morning…. I skipped yesterday and slept in a little. I let my body rest for 1 day. But I am back at it again today. 40 min on the treadmill. Speeds from 2.7 warm up going to 4.0 that was only for 2 mins though lol I tried to stay in between 3.3 and 3.8. Now I am off to make my morning green monster smoothie healthy and yummy. I am going to try cantaloupe in it today. Have a great day! See you tomorrow.

I really like this getting up early to exercise. I walked 40 min on the treadmill speeds varying from 2.7 warm up to 3.8. However the 3.8 was probably a total of 4 min. No incline today. After the treadmill I did my 20 minute turbo jam. We will see how I feel tomorrow. Then I made me a green monster smoothie yummy….and I really am seeing an increase in energy with the monsters

You can to or take away ingredients to this recipe to make it your own. I did a variation…I use 1/2 turkey bacon and 1 can of black beans….Also I used 1/2 avocado in place of 1/2 cup of mayo.

Okay I was going to take today off. I did sleep in. I got up made my green monster yummy! Got on the computer and blogged a little and surfed around. But I just didnt feel right about not working out. So I got up and decided to do my 20 minute Turbo Jam workout! I feel much better and I got some cardio exercise in.

I have to decided to weigh in every Sunday. I have lost 9 lbs total so far. Also I added a scoop of vanilla protien powder to my green monster this morning and its fantastic. This is coming from a girl that does not eat greens ever LOL
