Okay so here’s the verdict not bad at all. I could not believe I barely tasted any green flavor. I think with a little tweaking I will not even be able to tell that there is green stuff in there. I promised to give you the recipe so here it is. There are many variations you can do to this smoothie. Very healthy and good for energy, hair, skin and etc. Doesn’t sound good but really is. I added a big tablespoon of peanut butter to make even more yummy. Oh you need to use fresh spinach!

7/24/2010 Workout

I did 40 mins on the treadmill. speeds 2.7 -3.3 A few minutes of inclines here and there from .5% to 2.5% I feel great. The back sides of my heels are a little sore today because of the inclines yesterday but that is a small price to pay. I did much better on my eating yesterday. I felt since I workout in the morning that I wasn’t as tempted to be bad because I didn’t want to undo what I had already done for myself. But when I workout in the evenings during the day I feel if I am bad I can make it up by exercising at night. Then I never really make it up because I am tired when I get home and do not workout as hard. Also I see working out in the morning I had way more energy the rest of the day. I didn’t hit my 3 pm crash yesterday. Have a great Sat everyone!

Okay so I didnt think I was going to be able to do it but I did. I got up extra early and worked out in the morning! I feel so much better after this work out. I was also able to go further and faster. I did 40 min speed between 3.1 and 3.5 and a few minutes here and then at 1% incline. I know that isnt much but I am making the effort and I will increase. So far I have lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks. It isnt a miracle but I moving in the right direction. I am still working on getting my eating under control. Some days I do good some okay and some not so good……….But all in time !

I only walked 20 min tonight. We had dinner with family after work and didnt get home until late
But I did still Walk I am trying to only skip two days a week when I am working out.

Ingredients
- 1 CUP Nonfat (skim) milk
2 TBSP Sugar-Free, Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 TSP Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 TBSP Splenda (2-3 small packets)
2 TBL Cool-Whip Free (optional)
7 Ice Cubes
Directions
Place all in a blender that chops ice well. Blend until all is well mixed and all of the ice is chopped up. Mixture should be nice and thick. I like to pour the drink in a Starbucks cup or some other attractive-looking container!
This recipe makes almost 20 ounces, which I personally think is too much for one serving. I highly suggest dividing this recipe in half or share the full recipe version with someone special.

Walked on the tredmil for 40 min varing speeds between 2.7 and 3.6 Every once in a while a 1% incline. Iam trying to stay consistant with 40 min. That is supposed to be the magic minimum number. I will work my way up but baby steps. I want to be consist and steady and not make it so hard that I cant go back and do it again the next day Update I walked another 16 min this afternoon. I had to challenge my son lol.
