Well I am back on the wagon of losing weight. I am actually not doing bad. I have changed my diet over the last two weeks. I really couldn’t afford weight watchers or Jenny Craig or the Biggest Loser diet plans. But I have found that Wal-Mart has a great one!. I am using the Great Value Lean Cafe meals. They are cheap and really taste good. They average around 300 calories. I am having those for lunch and dinner and oatmeal mainly for breakfast. I have lost about 12 lbs so I am happy with the progress! Has anyone else tried these?
